GT Project Engineering's state-of-the-art CNC machine centre can be programmed to fit any design requirements and specifications.

Machining Capabilities

Our CNC machining and turning centres provide us with the capability of CNC drilling with a bed size of 3000mm by 1170mm, with a maximum work height of 500mm. Conventional machining turning, milling and horizontal and vertical borers are also available.

Turning;
- 1250mm diameter by 1100mm high
- 760mm diameter by 3200mm long

Horizontal bores;
- 1200mm by 1200mm by 1000mm,maximum weight of two tonne.

Fabrication Capabilities

GT’s shipyard location offers many advantages including full access to dry dock with combined craneage capacity of up to 140 tonne. This facility is used in the production of large fabrications and for the loading out of completed projects to sea if required.

The fabrication unit is fully equipped for an extensive range of fabrication processes some of these are; Bending, Rolling, CNC profile burning and Automatic orbital TIG welding. Continuous investment in equipment and personnel is a major element of GT’s business strategy.
